I personally oversee your entire programme-every consultation, treatment, yoga session, and massage-ensuring a seamless, private healing experience. Two highly skilled therapists and a chef work alongside me. From the first day to the last, every detail you give me is carried out exactly as you intended. In most places, instructions pass from doctor to staff and meaning can quietly change. That doesn't happen here. What you communicate to me is what we deliver, faithfully and without compromise. This is our commitment to you.
In Ayurveda, the half-hour after treatment is when healing deepest. Oils have penetrated. Channels are open. The nervous system has surrendered. Because what the therapist initiates on the table, the body can only complete on its own, in the stillness that follows-and what happens in that window determines everything. In a clinic or hotel: After the treatment, you think about what to wear, how you look, You step into a lobby. The body contracts. The healing stops.
In your home: Nothing changes. The treatment room becomes your bedroom. The stillness stays unbroken. You don't decide anything, go anywhere, face anyone. The healing doesn't stop - it deepens. It continues for as long as your body needs, held safe by the silence only your home can provide.
After treatment, you want no audience. No lobby. No need to dress, style, or perform. Your own space holds you exactly as you are - unguarded, unhurried, unperformed.
True luxury is not a seven-star hotel. It is a space where you feel completely safe, completely yourself, and completely free to continue doing nothing.Your home is the only place that qualifies.
Every oil, every herb, every ingredient - sourced directly from Kerala and brought to your door. Your Ayurveda team travels from India to you. So the lineage, the medicine remains one unbroken thread from its origin to your home.
Classical Ayurveda Practitioner · Yoga & Mind Sciences
Founder, Agasteeshwaran - St. Petersburg's First Ayurveda Clinic
Bibin Ramesan grew up in Thiruvananthapuram - Trivandrum - the ancient capital of Kerala, a land where Ayurveda is not a profession but a living inheritance, passed quietly through generations like a family name. His maternal grandfather was an Ayurvedic practitioner of the old tradition: a healer rooted in the community, trusted by families across decades.
His formal training began at Dr. Franklin's International Institute of Ayurveda and Panchakarma** (1 year) and continued at the **Gurukul Institute for Ayurveda Studies & Research** (4.5 years) - a total of 5.5 years of rigorous formal study. He further refined his craft at the **Global Spa Study Centre, Cochin**, completing 1,200 hours of clinical massage training.
But his education did not end with medicine and therapy.
Understanding that true healing addresses the mind as much as the body, Bibin immersed himself in two of India's great yoga traditions: The inner engineering methodology of **Sadhguru's Isha Foundation**, and the classical discipline of the **Sivananda Yoga Ashram** both in India. These gave him something rare - an understanding of yoga not as exercise, but as a science of consciousness, woven seamlessly into the fabric of Ayurvedic healing.
In total: more than 11,000+ hours of clinical practice, reaching the international expert standard.Bibin speaks, reads and writes fluently in Russian and English, plus three additional languages. Nothing is lost in translation.
After establishing a distinguished practice in Kerala, an unexpected invitation changed the course of his life
A Russian patient - whose health had been profoundly transformed through Panchakarma - invited him to bring the treatment to St. Petersburg. What began as a single professional engagement evolved into a lifelong mission. For over 11 years, Bibin has lived and practiced in Russia, adapting classical Ayurvedic principles to meet the realities of high-stress modern lives, harsh climates, and complex, chronic conditions. His clientele now spans five continents. Every result is tracked, measured, and clinically confirmed. We conduct comprehensive assessments before and after Panchakarma - not to prove our work, but so you can witness your own transformation, in your own numbers.
In St. Petersburg, Bibin founded Agasteeshwaran - the city's first authentic Ayurveda clinic. It serves as a premier destination for Kerala's healing traditions in Russia, combining hereditary wisdom and clinical education with a deeply personalized approach to long-term balance, vitality, and health.
The clinic is built on a simple principle: No two bodies are the same, and No healing can be standardized. Every treatment is shaped around the patient.
